Selling by Example

Close your eyes and imagine you are a customer looking for automotive repair...how would you choose a shop? Price, location, service, or referrals?

Price will bring people in the door, but education and kindness will keep them. People want to come to a shop where the front desk or service advisor is not saying things like "that is above my pay grade" when someone calls with a complaint, or "I am so sick of this place but I need a job".

People want to feel welcome.

They want a smile and a clean bathroom. We as customers want to feel safe; knowing that you are looking out for us. We like recommendations, we welcome money saving tips, and we want you to know we can go anywhere. With good service, referrals will follow.
